Tumblr Crush Thursday: Thankful

Happy Thanksgiving loves! I hope that everyone is taking today and spending time with friends and family while reveling in how lucky you are. If you even have a computer or phone on which you read this, you probably have a pretty blessed life.

Some things on Tumblr this week reminded me of why I am a truly lucky girl. 

In the week of November 19th I'm crushing on:

 Image 1: I'm thankful that I have a closet full of clothes that keep me happy and warm, even in harsh Ohio winters.

Images 2&3: I'm thankful that I have money to spend on my passion. That I can afford expensive makeup because it makes me happy. And that I have had true love--I know what it feels like to have someone who is there for you, to always make you smile, and put you first. Even if it wasn't a forever love.

 Image 4: I'm thankful that I've been blessed enough to travel the world at such a young age, and more is to come. Not many people can say they spend years in Europe as a child.

 Images 5&6: I'm thankful for the friends that accept me in all my goofiness, and are just as weird. It makes life fun...

 ...and the friends that have been, and will always, be there. No matter what. (1:2).

Image 7: I'm thankful that I can study fashion. And make a career out of what I love. And that I already have an amazing job that thousands of people would kill for. And the chance to work with a lot of other amazing companies as well, like CollegeFashionista (thank you, Amy!) and RenttheRunway.

No matter what you do or don't have, today is the day to appreciate all of the little things. I have an amazing family, group of friends and more. There is always something in life to be thankful for, we just have to take a minute and realize that.

Tumblr Crush Thursday

Hello lovers! I hope you've had a lovely week so far. We're over hump day and in my life Thursday is officially the beginning of the weekend. So excited! I've had a hectic week in school and work so I'm happy for a tiny break. 

I have lots of exciting things happening this weekend. Hanging out with Lyndsey from A Lovely Little Blog for the first time (can you say Ulta trip?!) and an exciting Black Friday meeting at Tommy on Sunday night.

Needless to say, it's going to be a great weekend.

The week of November 5th I'm crushing on:

 Images 1&2: Isn't that dress gorgeous?! So is the bikini. (Can anyone tell me who designs it?) Both of these ladies have ahh-mazing bodies which is reminding me not to get laxy during the cold season. Bikinis will be back before we know it! Also, have you noticed the bra-less trend recently, too? I've seen it around the blogosphere so much. How do you feel about this trend?

 Images 3&4: A yummy bowl of avocado always looks delicious! It's one of my favorite snack and I really crave it while I'm at school and don't have access. Also, a great quote to always remember. 

Image 5: Every morning I wish I had a pair of black pointy toe heels to complete my outfit so I'm on the search. Do you know of any good pairs under $200?
